Salty or sweet no matter what you are in the mood for. You can do better as far as what you eat during your binge meal. First stick to organic goods. Their more expensive, yet some of the junk foods that we eat have additives that automatically trigger hormones that destroy your energy levels and mental processes. Next choose salty or sweet foods that are higher in fiber. (Example if your in the mood for french fries lean towards sweet potato fries) Then turn to more meats or high protein foods. You’ll get fuller quicker yet more importantly protein is less likely to be stored as fat. Lastly Drink 2-3 glasses of water before you start eating.
